Cancellation and exchange are acceptable only BEFORE we pack up the items and a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted for canceling each order. Once we ship, all sales are final.

If you would like to cancel a pre-order item before it arrives or restocks, a 15% cancellation fee will also be deducted.

We will only refund the full amount if the item is out of stock in our store.
